My very first Fetish Factory anniversary party was in 2005, the 10th anniversary of one of the greatest three-day fetish events in the world. I was just beginning to photograph fetish images, and had a few events under my belt… but I didn’t really know what fetish was until my first Fetish Factory party.

The Fetish Weekend consists of four parties, Friday night’s Beat and Greet, Saturday night’s Fetish Ball, Sunday’s pool party, and the Extreme Players Party that same evening. This year, the host hotel was once again the Sheraton, which was sold out very early, and the Hilton nearby. Staying at the host hotel is a wonderful experience, as the entire hotel is populated by people in the fetish scene, and it’s never a problem to walk through the halls in your favorite latex, leather or pvc if you wish. The hotel pool was also the place to be after each night’s party…taking the festivities into the early morning hours.

For the first year that I’ve photographed the anniversary weekend parties, there was no fashion show. Although I missed photographing all of the beautiful new latex designs, the extra hour or so that a fashion show usually takes was better served photographing the guests. Performers this weekend included Masuimi Max, Empress Stah, S1N F!ST3D, and Perish. Masuimi performed at both the Friday night the Beat & Greet Fetish Party, and the main event 15th Anniversary Fetish Ball. Friday night’s performance was a wet and messy striptease show where Masuimi stripped down to a red thong before taking a creamy milk bath on stage. S1N F!ST3D is one of the hottest contortionist, performance artist, extreme pole dancers on the planet – in fact, she may be the ONLY one! I had the opportunity to photograph her during the 2008 Kink in the Caribbean, and was astonished at her energy level. Perish also performed on Friday night, but unfortunately I was beat from the 20 hour drive to Florida and opted to get some much-needed sleep.

Saturday night was the main event of the weekend, the 15th Anniversary Fetish Ball. The venue this year was the beautiful multi-level, beachfront nightclub Exit 66 on Fort Lauderdale Beach. Over 2,000 people typically attend the main party of the weekend, and this night appeared to be no different. Unlike some fetish events, the Fetish Factory has a strict fetish dress code that does not permit black street clothing as an alternative. This is definitely a party with a lot of visual stimulation! Empress Stah kicked off the performances of the night with a breathtaking aerial trapeze and piercing show, swinging out over the audience and nearly taking off my head (quick reflexes allowed me to duck just in time!) Masuimi went from milk to fire, showing off her fire play skills in an erotic burlesque performance. Scattered throughout the venue were other performances including S1N F!ST3D and Bonk and Brit who gave another great fire play show in the outside portion of the club. Finally, the night wrapped up with a spectacular grinder and fire show by fetish model and performer Perish. I missed his Friday night show, but did manage to get some pretty cool shots from this one.

On Sunday there were two parties, the Pervy Pool party in the afternoon and the Extreme Players Party. The annual pool party offers a terrific way to spend the day lounging and socializing in the Florida sun. Some of the more dedicated fetishists showed up in full head to toe latex, including a few total encasements that had to have been quite hot inside. Poolside, Uncle Eric – a Fetish Factory staple – had a lovely redhead girl on a bell cart where she was spanked and flogged…warming her up for the Extreme party later that night no doubt.

The final party of the weekend was the naughtiest by far. If you’re a voyeur or an exhibitionist, this is the party for you. Much of what happened at club Solid Gold in Ft. Lauderdale that night couldn’t be photographed… but I did get a few shots to give you a feel of what it was like. My favorite part of the space was what I would compare to “little Amsterdam” – a row of curtained rooms to each side of a hallway. Inside the rooms, couples, threesomes and moresomes got together for some very kinky play. The sluttier and naughtier people left the curtains open so the gathered crowd could watch, while those who wanted a little more privacy were content to let voyeurs peek in the curtain for a quick thrill. There was also a dungeon section with plenty of spanking, flogging, and other bdsm fun going on.

This year was the third year that ErosArts was in attendance at the German Fetish Ball, and we were introduced to a new city: Hamburg. In the north of Germany, this town would be our home for five days. At one point we were concerned that it might be longer than that because of that damned Icelandic volcano. Luckily for us, ol’ Eyjafjallajokull held out just long enough for us to get home safely. We hope that our friends who attended the GFB also got home safely.

This year we planned better than in years past and we arrived early enough to get over our jet lag. On our second night, we had a lovely dinner at a local Greek restaurant with some old friends and a few new ones. Notably, this restaurant was quite keen on getting everyone at the table liquored up with at least five free rounds of ouzo shots. (Lady Venus is Greek, and she knew well enough not to suck down that pernicious, licorice-flavored fire water.) Others at our table did not make the same decision, however, and we got louder and louder with each round of liquid flame. One of our dinner guests was the lovely Dante Posh and her polite French slave. Dante was nice enough to let me and several others at the table use the shock collar that was attached to his balls. Damn, I love CBT so much!!!! Some new friends were also at the table. One of them was the folks from Masters in Steel, including the fantastic fetish dog Georgia. (We love you, Georgia!) Also, Katia (not in her typical fabulous latex fetish gear) joined us for our dinner. After quite a lot of good food and a lot of ouzo, we retired for the night.

The next day was the first day of the fetish fair. Oh, the vendors that were there! It was a veritable orgasm of fabulosity! Again, many friends from past GFB weekends were present, including the guys from Latex 101, Honeyhair, Tony Mitchell of TheFetishistas.com, and the lovely Miss Carina of Burlesque Couture. (If you haven’t seen Carina’s hats, you MUST have a look. They are fantastic!) Some other gorgeous latex designers like Rubber 55, HW Design, Cyberesque, and Body Cult also displayed their beautiful and colorful creations. In fact, we found Kumi at the HW Design booth modeling a sexy latex cat suit and, at one point, a transparent latex balloon hood. Michael happily saw Marie Kalista floating around the fair. Also, a new latex company, RubberLuv was there. Chris and Shirley were lovely and there were some gorgeous creations in their store. My favorite was the bright pink skirt that was short in the front and long (to cover one’s large butt, perhaps) in the back.

After a little shopping, we went back to the hotel to rest before the pre-party Fetish Decadence on Friday night. Friday’s party was held at Catonium. For you pony lovers, if you weren’t there, you missed a super hot pony show. Anna Rose was a delightfully decorated pony girl wearing her best pony shoes. Her trainer then came out and began to adorn her in more and more pony gear. First the front pony hooves, then the bit, reins, harness, and tail, and during this time the poor pony girl was electrically stimulated with a toy in her pussy. The final touches were a pony head and saddle, and then her trainer rode his lovely pony around the stage, a fitting end to the pony show. Throughout the Friday night event, everyone was decked out in their very best fetish gear, though again, some folks were not keen on having their photos taken. (People, can you please tell me why you refuse photos if you are TOTALLY COVERED IN LATEX?! I don’t get it.)

Last year ErosArts won a European Fetish award. At the Fetish Ball on Saturday night more awards were presented. I’m sorry to say that I don’t yet have the list of this year’s winners, but you will find them on the award website. The trophies were handed out by the beautiful face of the GFB, Marie Kalista. What would a German Fetish Ball be without a fashion show? Some of the best designers showed their newest collections, featuring many great models. Retro uniform looks, corsets in all manner of textiles, pasties, hats, stockings, translucent colored latex, and high heels were featured. Most happily, there was a lot of color in the shows and many different textures in the looks. Designers who presented during this year’s fashion show included: Cyberesque, HMS latex, HW Design, Naucler Design, Rub Addiction, and Velda Lauder.

Interestingly, this year seemed to have quite a good number of gas masks that were meant for children (creepy!), but were made into pouches, cod pieces, and bras. I guess that the fetish designers are into re-purposing and recycling old items. Way to be green!! Michael’s favorite bit of the Saturday night party had to have been massaging the tired feet of Ancilla Tilia. (Michael’s note: Yep – that was the highlight, although I think she was kind of out of it by that time!)

The first time I saw Jade Vixen was in 2005 at the Philadelphia Diabolique charity ball. She was a fresh young fetish model who seemed a little shy and looked amazing in latex! In 2006 while shooting in Las Vegas, I met a sweet and beautiful model named Clarissa Doll. Clarissa was a striking blonde, tall with blue eyes, shapely legs and a self-proclaimed fetish for silk stockings. I found her to be a charming and funny and able to turn a shoot in a poor location (think cheap Vegas hotel) into a dynamic fun session. Sadly, only five months later Clarissa passed away. I hadn’t heard the news until nearly two years after, and was shocked by the report that she had taken her own life. Looking back at the photos I find myself unable to see any hint of sadness that would make me think that this gorgeous young lady was filled with such despair. I debated posting this set, but in retrospect I think that she would be happy that her love of modeling and being adored can still be shared.

Usually I’m behind the camera, photographing fetish parties, models, or scenes… it’s where I feel most comfortable and at home. However, recently I was asked by PunishedBrats.com to appear as a guest spanker, and found myself in front of the lens with three cute but naughty girls in need of some discipline!

It was a great honor for me to assist in their shoot, and I really had a great time spanking such lovely behinds. I shot four scenes with three different bratty girls. eXXXotica NY, presented by HotMovies.com, took place in Edison NJ this year. The adult entertainment convention made headlines last year after Dennis Elwell, the former Mayor of Secaucus who was recently indicted on federal corruption charges, tried to stop the show in his city. The show moved to the NJ Expo Center, boasting over 18,000 attendees last year, and claiming to be even bigger this year.

Over 100 porn stars were scheduled to attend the event, including Jesse Jane(R), Tera Patrick, Bree Olson, Ron Jeremy, Jenna Haze, Gina Lynn, Teagan Presley, Joanna Angel, Sasha Grey, Sunny Leone, Eva Angelina, Savanna Samson, Jessica Drake, the “Long Island Lolita” Amy Fisher, and many more.

Even some porn legends attended the event this year, such as Seka (who refused to let us photograph her unless we gave her $20… times must be tough), Christy Canyon, Ginger Lynn, Heather Hunter, Lisa Ann, Taylor Wane, Teri Weigel, Kylie Ireland, and Sean Michaels.

We only made it to the first day of the event as our intention was to shoot some fresh new SybianRides4Cash videos while there. We shot six new Sybian Rides with some really great girls including Missy Woods, Kitty Bella, Erin Marxxx, Cali Rider, Vanessa Naughty, and Leah Lust (the New Jersey teacher who was fired from her job for working on a fishing boat in a bikini – really… no joke!)

The photo gallery is rather small, and just gives you a little taste of the event – but we hope you enjoy it! Oh… and we never did give Seka $20 to take her picture – so you won’t find that one in the gallery .

FetishCon 2009 has come and gone and this marks its ninth year. Even though the economy is suffering, it seems to have had no noticeable effect on this great event. In speaking with some of the vendors, they were having a better year this year than in the past. It seems that maybe perverts can always find the funds to keep their fetishes going strong!

Most amusingly to myself and Michael, we introduced four previously vanilla folks to the other side of the fetish world. Without going into specifics (to protect the innocent, of course), our flight attendants and pilots on our flight to FetishCon ended up attending. When sitting in the first row of the plane, one typically gets into chats with the flight attendants (FA). Our FA asked why we were going to Tampa, and I thought that this FA seemed pretty cool, so I told her that we were going to photograph FetishCon. Of course, I explained what it was and she freaked out! We gave her a business card and said that if she wanted to come, she should give us a call. Neither of us expected to hear from her, but within two hours after deplaning, that very FA was on the phone asking if she could bring another FA and the two pilots!

All four showed up at the hotel and were extremely excited. The first person to make an impression on them (especially the pilots) was the lovely RubberDoll. She was walking out of the hall and when the boys saw her, they were transfixed by her fantastic assets. She most graciously posed for photos with them and later introduced one of the pilots to her rubber vacuum cube and the other pilot was put in the stocks, stripped of his jeans, paddled, and violet wanded! The boys were both quite amused with this.

Not wanting to be left out, the two female FAs had to have their fun. One was tied up by Lew Rubens and then introduced to the iGallop by The Reverend. Did I mention that this naughty FA told me that she forgot to wear panties for her trip? She was not kidding. (This amused Michael, who had had his eye on her during the flight as she continually crossed and uncrossed her long legs.) The other adventurous FA used a violet wand on a male pain slut. (Earlier that day, I had kicked the living crap out of that pain slut’s balls, which pleased me quite a lot.) Though the photos will never be on our site (to protect the innocent, as I stated before), what you need to know is that the second FA seems to be a budding dominatrix! In each and every photo I took, she was smiling! It is always the quiet ones who seem to be the kinkiest, and this FA proved that!

In addition to our friends above, we were also pleased to see many others as well. Mistress Jean Bardot was as lovely as ever (as was her assistant Sybil). Stacy Burke, Kendra James, Anastasia Pierce, and Jewell Marceau also looked delectable. Also in attendance were Paris Kennedy, Jade Indica, Maxine X, Emily Addison, and Paige Richards, all of whom looked super hot. In addition to the models, we also were happy to see some of our Philly peeps, like Kali of Passional Boutique (Philadelphia’s very best fetish shop), Renee of BabyLove’s Latex, and the folks of Delicious Corsets. Philly was represented quite well at this year’s FetishCon!

If fawning over sexy fetish models is not your thing, fear not! FetishCon has a lot to offer. Of course, there was lots of shopping for fetish toys (crops, canes, paddles, inflatables, vibrators, and more), latex, retro girdles, and corsets. After spending a little money on gear and clothing, the next logical stop would be the piercing and tattoo booth. Feeling a little tired from all of your shopping? Maybe you would like to visit the ponies in their stable. There you could watch them jump or maybe grab a ride in a pony-pulled cart. Every once in a while we all heard a very loud bang, and that would have come from the over inflation of extremely large latex balloons by lots of willing ladies. There were also no less than five separate parties during the several days of FetishCon, so if you wanted to let loose, the parties would give you that opportunity.

Not surprisingly, the pool was again the place to be, with the festivities going on all night long, into the morning. Of course, the people at the pool on Friday night missed with frighteningly loud fire alarms that were set off by (my assumption) some drunk, inconsiderate jackass a little after midnight. The entire hotel had to be evacuated, but apparently no one was hurt and there was no fire. All was well, even though we were all inconvenienced by this stupid event.

Though our bags have yet to be unpacked, we are already exited for next year’s FetishCon, which will be the tenth! I expect that this will be even bigger than this year and we can’t wait to head back to Tampa.

This past weekend marked the 11th anniversary Libertine Ball in Philadelphia. The theme this year was 2009: Road Warrior- A Post-Apocalyptic Phantasm. I just finished editing photos and have posted over 200 pictures from the party!
